Slabbing is encapsulating a comic book into a hard plastic case after a third-party company has accurately graded it. We only use CGC.

We know how valuable a book can be for a collector. Trust me I know! Slabbing a book insures your comic book from most damages. Also, slabbing guarantees the books true grade. There are a lot of scammers out there selling restored, false graded comics. Certified books prevent such terrible situations.

We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase(s) but if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied we do refunds but only on certain product types. All uncertified comic books, original artwork and toys are refundable. However, CGC comic books, Lots and Runs, Posters, Trading cards and Time Payment items are NOT refundable. Please contact us within 10 days for return information and instructions. We require the same packaging as the item(s) were sent to your order. If desired, buyers are responsible for the insurance and/or confirmation cost. (Note that we do not reimburse for that amount.) After we receive the item(s) and fully inspect that the merchandise is in the same condition as it was sent, we will then happily refund or give credit to your purchase(s).

If you contact me immediately after placing the order, I can probably make the change(s) you request. Try to contact me within 24 hours of the submitted order. Once I ship the merchandise, there is really nothing I can do.
